DELIVERY AREAS

We currently offer local delivery based on location and availability. Delivery availability may vary depending on distance, scheduling, and event size.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. While we strive to arrive on time, delays may occur due to:
• Traffic
• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• High order volume
• Other unforeseen circumstances

Customers will be contacted regarding delivery scheduling when applicable.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate delivery information
• Ensuring the delivery area is accessible and safe
• Having enough space available for rental items
• Ensuring someone is available to receive the order if required

Additional fees may apply if:
• Delivery access is restricted
• Stairs, long-distance carrying, or difficult access is involved
• Delivery must be rescheduled due to customer error

DELIVERY ONLY

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, rentals are delivery only and do not include setup or breakdown services.

Customers are responsible for setup, arrangement, and breakdown of rental items.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after confirmation of payment or deposit.

Availability is not guaranteed until the reservation is confirmed.

LATE OR FAILED DELIVERIES

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, inaccessible locations, unsafe conditions, or customer unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply.

RETURNS & PICKUP

Customers are responsible for returning rental items in the same condition received, excluding normal use.

Pickup arrangements, if applicable, must be scheduled in advance.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

For outdoor events, customers are responsible for monitoring weather conditions and protecting rental equipment from rain, wind, and unsafe conditions.
