RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Angels Event Rental, we strive to provide clean, reliable, and high-quality rental equipment for every event.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
• Reservations are confirmed once payment or deposit is received.
• Rental availability is first come, first served.
• Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed.

DELIVERY POLICY
• Delivery is available based on location and availability.
• Customers are responsible for providing a safe and accessible delivery location.
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

SETUP POLICY
• Rentals are delivery only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Customers are responsible for setup and breakdown of rental items.

RETURNS
• All rental items must be returned in the same condition received, excluding normal use.
• Customers are responsible for damaged, stained, missing, or excessively dirty items.
• Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement fees may apply if necessary.

REFUND POLICY
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled rental date.
• No refunds will be issued for:

Change of mind
Unused rental items
Weather conditions
Incorrect orders placed by the customer
Last-minute cancellations

• If Angels Event Rental is unable to fulfill an order due to circumstances within our control, a partial or full refund may be provided.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
• Customers are responsible for protecting rental items from damage, theft, and severe weather.
• Customers agree to use all rental equipment safely and properly.
• Lost or damaged items may result in additional charges.

OUTDOOR USE
• Outdoor use is permitted; however, equipment should not be used during unsafe weather conditions including strong winds or severe rain.
